Join our team at CareLibrary, where we provide person-centered care for senior adults with/at risk of cognitive impairment through non-pharmacological methods. In a vibrant, safe and supportive environment, our trained dementia care staff strives to maintain cognitive wellness and slow down cognitive decline of our clients through multi-sensory stimulating activities, with the aim of retaining their functional abilities and social engagement within the community.

 

As a Programme Executive, you will support the planning, development, and execution of the CareLibrary programme. You will be responsible for facilitating access to resources, engaging with caregivers, and ensuring the smooth operation of the programme.

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the CareLibrary programme for dementia clients.
  • Provide assistance to caregivers and families, offering advice on resources available within the library.
  • Conduct assessments and work closely with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate materials and tools.
  • Develop and organise training sessions, workshops, and support groups for caregivers and families.
  • Collaborate with external partners, healthcare providers, and community organisations to enhance service offerings.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the programme and implement improvements.
  • Manage client feedback and ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and data on programme activities, client engagement, and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or related fields.
  • Previous experience working with dementia clients or in the caregiving sector is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to working with elderly clients and their families.
  • Knowledge of dementia care practices and resources.

As a Programme Executive of CareKids, you will be responsible to support the C.A.R.E Programme in the area of

Responsibilities

 

Programme Development and Implementation

  • Plan and execute fun-learning activities/programmes that are aligned to the key dimensions of growth and development for the children registered under the C.A.R.E Programme
  • Design and Implement fun outreach activities/events for Centre to expand impact and reach
  • Assist in conducting and facilitating the structured sessions for Learning Support Programme
  • Supervise, engage and motivate children in their work and engagements for both structured sessions and volunteer-led activities/programmes.
  • Engage children and volunteers meaningfully through education games / resources during sessions
  • Monitor the well-being of children from time to time and detect any unusual behaviour among them
  • Flag up, work with Supervisor and follow up with necessary action as guided
  • Conduct on-going evaluation on the process, operation and programme effectiveness, recommend and implement improvements

Centre Administration and Management

  • Liaise with caregivers/parents on C.A.R.E Programme’s:
    • enquiries and administrative matters related but not limited to enrolment and/or programme registration
    • attendance matters and/or enquiries for updates and concerns of their children
    • irregularity of attendance/absenteeism of children for and follow up to determine the suitability of children to continue with the programme
  • Upkeep and maintain up-to-date database of children who are enrolled for programmes and events under C.A.R.E, for:
    • Key information and records of contact details and emergency contact lists.
    • Weekly attendance for the learning support programme
    • Programme registration and ad-hoc attendance for events and activities
    • Tracking the outreach and recruitment data, following the recruitment drive after Outreach event/activities (E.g. Door-to-Door Knocking)

Volunteers Coordination and Management

  • Onboard volunteers and conduct volunteer briefing (onsite/online) prior to each volunteering sessions for both individual and/or group volunteering
  • Conduct on-going evaluation of programmes/activities delivered by volunteers, provide feedback to volunteers and implement improvement where needed
  • Maintain regular communication with volunteers on programme matters related to C.A.R.E Programme
  • Assist in coordinating volunteers’ schedule to ensure adequate support for activities and sessions under C.A.R.E Programme
  • Assist in scheduling and deploying of volunteers to the coaching group they are assigned to for each learning support session

Other Duties

  • Any other ad-hoc duties / tasks related to building community awareness and presence for C.A.R.E / children’s programme assigned by Supervisor/ Head of CareKids.

Our d’Klub Mentoring Programme is one of CCSS’s flagship initiatives. Through mentorship, life skills, and meaningful relationships, we help children and youths discover their potential and thrive in school and in life. We seek a servant leader who serves with humility, a heart for people and someone who fosters strong relationships through integrity and love. As a Programme Executive of d’Klub Mentoring Programme, you will be responsible for overseeing volunteer management, planning programme curriculum and executing groupwork for children. This role requires full-day availability on Saturdays.

 

Responsibilities

 

Volunteer Management:

  • Conduct orientation and relevant trainings for volunteers
  • Schedule and deploy volunteers for each d’klub centre
  • Maintain regular communication with volunteers by sending relevant updates and weekly lesson plans to them
  • Plan and execute annual volunteers’ retreat
  • Conduct ongoing evaluation of the programmes and services delivered by volunteers and implement improvements where necessary
  • Prepare incident reports in the event of a disciplinary matter

d’Klub Programme:

  • Engage children and volunteers for tuition and character-building lesson
  • Design and execute curriculum and/or character-building lessons together with volunteers
  • Plan and implement outings and/or learning activities to boost children & volunteers’ capacities and abilities
  • Conduct home visits to assess beneficiaries’ families and evaluate the growth beneficiaries, and prepare home visit reports
  • Coordinate and work closely with school principal/vice-principal/school counsellor
  • Follow up with parents/caregivers for beneficiaries with irregular attendance and ascertain if they should continue with the programme
  • Maintain up-to-date records of beneficiaries and volunteers, including emergency contact lists

Other Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to beneficiaries in submitting financial assistance application to relevant agencies when required
  • Be a team player in supporting other departmental programmes under CareYouth
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Head of CareFamily (Care Youth)

The Youth Empowerment Specialist plays a key role in designing, delivering, and refining community-based initiatives that meaningfully engage children and youths. The specialist builds authentic relationships, creates safe developmental spaces, and supports youths’ social-emotional growth. This role engages directly with youths, facilitates groupwork, enables volunteers, and strengthens community outreach.

The Compliance & Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of administrative services, Board management, documentation systems, and corporate insurance. This role supports governance, compliance, and operational excellence across all CCSS offices and programmes.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

Administration and Projects Services

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure organisational effectiveness.
  • Administer and manage contracts and renewals, including lease agreements and company van insurance.
  • Lead the annual donation box initiative, including the full cash collection process.
  • Support event logistics and coordination for office-wide activities and ad-hoc events.
  • Prepare administrative reports and contribute to annual office budget planning.
  • Provide secretariat support to the Executive Director as required.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between CCSS and internal/external stakeholders regarding administrative services.

Document Management

  • Develop and maintain efficient online and physical filing systems.
  • Ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
  • Maintain and regularly update relevant documents on CCSS corporate SharePoint, including the Staff and Employee Hub.

Corporate Insurance

  • Research and assess insurance needs for beneficiaries and volunteers, recommending suitable policies.
  • Liaise with TCC to renew Directors’ & Officers (D&O) Insurance, Fire Insurance, Public Liability, and Money Insurance.
  • Maintain knowledge of insurance policies and claims, and respond to staff queries effectively.
  • Administer and track renewal dates for all corporate insurance policies, including GPA coverage for beneficiaries and volunteers.

Board Secretariat and Governance Support

  • Provide secretariat support to the Board and subcommittees, including meeting coordination, agenda setting, minute taking, and timely circulation of board papers.
  • Maintain accurate records of Board resolutions and decisions.
  • Support review and updating of the charity’s Constitution and Terms of Reference for the Board and its Committees.
  • Ensure compliance with governance frameworks such as the Code of Governance for Charities and IPCs.
  • Track and manage regulatory filing timelines (e.g., ACRA, Commissioner of Charities).
  • Support internal policy reviews and updates, ensuring documentation is current and compliant.
  • Assist with organisational audits, governance reviews, and reporting exercises as required.

Other Admin Support

  • Handle incoming enquiries via phone and walk-ins professionally.
  • Prepare Vendor Approved Creation (VAC) forms for all relevant procurements.
  • Support office event logistics and coordinate the purchase of inventory and supplies.
  • Cover basic duties of the HRA role as needed.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support as assigned by supervisors within the HR & Office Admin department.
  • Backup and assist IT and Facilities Executive.
