CareElderly Active Ageing Centres (AACs)

Contact Us

As of 1st April 2022, our Senior Activity Centres will be known as Active Ageing Centres (AACs). We advocate for all seniors to age well and in place, provide health and social support, and create opportunities for them to contribute meaningfully to the community.

Seniors can look forward to participating in fun activities, be a part of special interest groups such as arts and craft, music lessons, workshops, group work or even join our volunteering team. At CareElderly, we work together with community partners, seeking to encourage community participation and empowerment for our members.

Drop by our centres or call us to ask how you can be a member.

Testimonies

“After my father passed away, my mother became a quiet person who keeps to herself. Now she interacts with her peers every day at the centre and even stays back after lunch to play Rummy-O with her friends. As I am the only child and a single-mother, it is a relief for me to know that my mom has a community and is not alone.”

Daughter of Mdm Chan York Choi

“I enjoy the company of like-minded friends and learning from one another in CareElderly.”

Mdm Low Yoke Chan

Mdm Low joined CareElderly because she was curious about the activities they had to offer. She enjoys learning new skills in the centre like playing the Ukulele and has made friends with the neighbours who also attend CareElderly. Now, she volunteers in the centre as an art and craft facilitator, imparting her handicraft skills to her peers.
