Care Community Services Society (CCSS) was established on 22 November 1996 (UEN: S96SS0195SL) by Trinity Christian Centre and is registered as an Institution of a Public Character (IPC). CCSS is governed by its Constitution and overseen by a volunteer Board of Directors. It complies with the regulatory requirements of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and the Commissioner of Charities (CoC), and operates in accordance with the provisions of the Charities Act (Cap. 37).
CCSS recognises its accountability to all stakeholders as a charitable organisation serving the wider community. Maintaining public confidence and trust is essential to its effectiveness. To this end, CCSS adopts the Code of Governance issued by the Charity Council to guide its governance standards and best practices. It is committed to establishing and maintaining appropriate policies, processes and structures to ensure full compliance with both the spirit and intent of the Code.
