About Us

Who we are

Care Community Services Society (CCSS) was established on 22 November 1996 (UEN: S96SS0195SL) by Trinity Christian Centre and is registered as an Institution of a Public Character (IPC). CCSS is governed by its Constitution and overseen by a volunteer Board of Directors. It complies with the regulatory requirements of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and the Commissioner of Charities (CoC), and operates in accordance with the provisions of the Charities Act (Cap. 37).

CCSS recognises its accountability to all stakeholders as a charitable organisation serving the wider community. Maintaining public confidence and trust is essential to its effectiveness. To this end, CCSS adopts the Code of Governance issued by the Charity Council to guide its governance standards and best practices. It is committed to establishing and maintaining appropriate policies, processes and structures to ensure full compliance with both the spirit and intent of the Code.

What we do

The objects for which the Society is established are:-

  • To initiate, assist and organise activities and schemes of social and community activities for individuals and families for the development of their physical, mental and emotional well-being and wholeness through an integration of resources and programmes; and
  • To work with the community, in the community, and for the community without limitation to age, sex, race, nationality or religion for the strengthening of the family unit as the main fabric of society;

To achieve these objectives, CCSS carries out the following programmes and services:

  • CareKids
  • CareYouth
  • CareElderly
  • CarePrison
  • CareCounselling & Training

CCSS utilises its funds and resources to support these programmes, ensuring they benefit the community in line with our charitable purposes.
