Reverend Gerald Tan serves as President of Care Community Services Society and Lead Pastor of Trinity Christian Centre. Through his ministry, many lives have been impacted and transformed. He has a strong desire to nurture and disciple Christians to minister to different groups and communities and bring restoration where there is brokenness.
His heart is for every child, man and woman to experience freedom, wholeness and transformation.

Pastor Melvin Lim is an Area Pastor in Trinity Christian Centre where he ministers to families, couples, singles and children. He also serves as the Vice-President of Care Community Services Society, Trinity’s social arm.
He has a compassionate heart to serve the community and equip individuals and families, and see their lives transformed.
He is also passionate in raising strategic leaders who will be community transformers.

Mr Michael See has had decades of experience as Senior Vice-President, Finance prior to retirement and is the Honorary Treasurer of Care Community Services Society.
He has been Board member since 2017.

Mr Brian Koh is a Director with NUS Enterprise. He oversees Ecosystem Development, Digital & Data Infrastructure and Corporate Partnerships. He has more than 30 years of experience in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Brian is passionate in the areas of finance, marriage & parenting and the marketplace. He joined the Board of Care Community Services Society in 2020 and is appointed as Honorary Secretary in 2021.

Mr Tan Chee Kiat has over 25 years of experience in Finance and Operations with various multinational companies in the Media, Advertising and Information sectors. He currently consults for media companies and volunteers with non-profit and charitable organisations.
He has been a Board member since 2022 and is a member of the Finance Sub-Committee.

Ms Liew has more than 25 years of experience as part of the civil service, and the education sector.
She joined the Board of Care Community Services Society in 2021 and is a member of the Investments Sub-Committee.

Ms Charmaine Khaw has over 20 years of experience in Business and Human Capital Management with various organisations in the Public, Private and the People sectors. She currently lectures and tutors for higher learning institutions and volunteers with social enterprises and Trinity Christian Centre.

Mr Mark Seah is a Senior Partner in a law firm, where he serves as a member of its Executive Committee and co-heads the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice. He has advised and acted for institutions involved in charitable and quasi charitable activities. Mark also serves actively in Trinity Christian Centre.

Mrs Irene Yeo currently serves actively in various church ministries, and have done so for more than 40 years. Her gifting and passion remains teaching the youths in church. She has more than 30 years of working experience in pharmaceutical and medical device companies in Quality and Regulatory Compliance roles.

Dr Ryan Tan is a doctor in the public sector since 2017. He firmly believes that it is more blessed to give than to receive, and this has been the guiding principle to why he chose this path of service in his foundational years. Despite the demands of healthcare, he conscientiously makes time to be actively involved in his church, contributing in various capacities such as leading his Connect Group, hosting guests at weekend service receptions and performing in church productions. He is honoured to be part of CCSS and to contribute in seeing many lives empowered and transformed.

Mr Cecil Yeo is a seasoned banking professional with over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, specialising in Investment Banking and Wealth Management, spending the last 2 decades in a Swiss Bank. Beyond his professional expertise, Cecil is a devoted husband and proud father of three grown children. His commitment to service extends beyond the workplace, having served in various leadership roles within his church community. Cecil leads an active lifestyle and maintains a passion for sports. He is also a firm believer in mentorship, and consistently champions for leadership development and value creation in people’s lives.

Mr Sammy Ong is a Senior Vice-President in an Offshore Private Bank. With over two decades of experience in banking and financial services, he combines operational excellence with strategic leadership to enhance performance, streamline processes, risk management, and overseeing compliance while aligning operational goals with the organisation’s broader vision. Beyond his professional achievements, Sammy is deeply passionate about supporting underprivileged children and families, integrating his values into both his personal life and community engagements.
