Ex-Offenders

Befriending Support for Elderly Ex-offenders

Provide befriending support to elderly offenders over the course of 6-8 months, offering emotional support and motivation for positive change. You will also support their transition back to society by working closely with caseworkers to connect seniors with community resources, employment opportunities, and active ageing programmes.
