Our CareCounselling Team comprises professionally-qualified counsellors and social workers with extensive counselling experience, and are registered with Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC) or Singapore Association of Social Workers (SASW).

Services

School-Referred Counselling

The objectives of School-Referred Counselling are to equip students with Social-Emotional (SEL) Competencies; reduce students’ behavioural issues and help them become more resilient; and empower students to manage their immediate issues. It targets at-risk students from Primary and Secondary levels that may require special attention and intervention.

 

School professionals who are interested in referring cases may request for a face-to-face consultation with our Counselling Team. We offer customised proposals for schools committed to see improvements in the wellbeing of their students.

Centre-Based Counselling

All new clients go through an intake session prior to formal counselling sessions with the assigned counsellor or social worker. This is to help us better understand our clients’ needs and how we can support them.

Corporate Counselling

Benefits of Corporate Counselling

  • Provides safe outlet for staff to talk through issues that affect them
  • Increases productivity as staff’s personal issues are being addressed
  • Increases self-awareness of their personal motivators and how they can work on their personal goals, how they can better communicate with their co-workers with different personality types

 

Details of sessions are kept strictly confidential between client and CCSS (except when there is indication that personal safety or that of others is compromised)

Corporate Wellness Talks and Trainings

We also provide quality training aimed at empowering individuals to achieve their fullest potential, and in turn, motivate them to contribute in supporting the needs of the wider community. Some of our current and past clients include, Nanyang Polytechnic and Dairy Farm Singapore Group.
