Conducted by a music and therapy professional, the weekly music programme aims to reconnect socially displaced seniors, rebuild social ties between them and the community, empower participants with achievable goals, reinforce positive interaction with peers, improve the general mood and cognitive functions of seniors.

The four primary objectives are to:
- Create opportunities for reconnection between socially displaced Low income seniors
- Improve interpersonal relationships and improve each senior's social networks
- Empower and improve in self esteem through musical participation and mastery
- Improve mood and outlook of life by fostering individual creativity
